Abokan ciniki na BMKGENE sun yi amfani da fasahar tsarin SLAF ta BMKGENE don gudanar da bincike mai taken "Ma'adinan Halitta Masu Haɓaka da Ingantattun 'ya'yan itace a cikin lemu masu daɗi Dangane da Takamaiman Wuraren Ƙaƙwalwar Ƙaƙƙarfan Jeri."

Binciken ya ƙunshi jerin albarkatun germplasm mai zaki 240 tare da ɗimbin jinsin halitta da asalin ƙasa daban-daban, wanda ya haifar da 497.82 Mb na gajeriyar bayanai.Binciken bayanan ya haifar da 1,467,968 SNP genotypes a cikin dukkanin kwayoyin halitta.Ta hanyar yin amfani da bincike na Fst, binciken ya gano kwayoyin halittar ɗan takara guda 6 da ke da alaƙa da kasancewar cibiya, nauyin 'ya'yan itace, da acidity na titratable, yana ba da tushe don haɓaka nau'ikan lemu masu zaki.

Don jerin manyan sikelin yawan jama'a, ƙayyadaddun jeri na ƙayyadaddun juzu'i (SLAF) ya fi tsada-tsari da inganci idan aka kwatanta da jerin-genome gabaɗaya (WGS).
