Transcriptome Sequencing

Fkana common seadragon, uropi, ziso, gill, chiropa, mwoyo, itsvo, mesentery, ura, tsandanyama, fin, ganda, mashizha-akafanana nemashizha, testis, uye ovary zvakaunganidzwa.

Canu (Kururamisa) + WTDBG2 (Assembly) + Pilon(Polish) + Lachesis (Hi-C).
